I?ve used it for 14 days so far (each time 20 mins) before I went to bed, and I haven?t seen drastic change in my teeth color. Other reviewers mentioned seeing results within 2-3 days. I know they recommend following the process for 14 days. I haven?t seen drastic changes to be honest even after following the way they recommend (applying the gel to the mouth piece) and also the way some reviewers ...
