It took a while to notice since I didn?t take pictures for myself to compare, but after 5 days I saw results and honestly I was satisfied. The instructions are clear and there?s more than enough gel to last a couple of weeks (if need be).

No sensitivity and quick results! Normally whitening kits hurt my teeth so much but this is so gentle while also being effective! I?ve only used one vile that comes with the kit and my teeth already look great!

So far good! It's easy. It does not hurt.I have only done it a few times so far so I am making my way to improvement. I prepare the mouth guard and just settle back to watch something on tv and when the show is over (30Mins) so is your whitening. It's not messy or sticky. I am anxious to get a few more sessions done to see the outcome.
