This is a basic whitening kit I've used many times. It comes with the peroxide gel and a mouthpiece that attaches to a UV light.It seems to work alright and doesn't really taste bad but also not great either.You are supposed to leave it in for 30 minutes and it gets very foamy in your mouth after that long.

I honestly love this product. A year ago I decided to try to whiten my teeth using the crest whitening strips. They were easy to put on, but after the treatment my teeth were unbearably sensitive- I put up with it for a week, but it got to the point where it was so uncomfortable I quit.
