These things works well, are easy to use, and last a while!! Only minor sensitivity that subsided after holding use for one day. I’ve gotten tons of compliments on how white my smile has gotten and have personally noticed coffee stains disappeared. Used twice a day the first week. Then once a day. Now once every other day or as needed. Tastes lien hydrogen peroxide so I don’t mind it.
