I have sensitive teeth so I was a bit apprehensive about using this whitener. However I didn?t feel any sensitivity. The key is not to take the mouth piece and light unit out of your mouth until the time is up. I was experimenting the first time I used it and got the gel on my lips which made them feel ?super minty?. Also don?t forget to swallow. You can store up a lot of saliva if you don?t swal...

Ive done it twice. I can tell a difference. It works!I started using Sensodyne prior because I don?t want to have any sensitivity issues. I like it better than the strips.

It seemed to work pretty good. About the same results as whitening strips. Just make sure to press the guard a little so it presses against your teeth. I?m glad I tried it once, but will probably use whitening strips from here on out because they wrap on my teeth guaranteeing the product will fully make contact with teeth.
