As a disclaimer, I didn't have very stained teeth in the first place, they were only slightly yellow from a few years of forgetting to brush my teeth daily (oops). After two uses I noticed a difference in the shade of my teeth. After that I used it every other day even though it says to use it everyday, but I still saw results. Overall I'd say this works and it didn't leave a weird feeling on my gums like other teeth whitening products I used in the past.

After the first use I saw a significant result. Basically no flavor. The teeth tray is a little large for my teeth but it was still comfortable to use. I had been using whitening strips and Nuve works so much better.
