My mouthpiece failed after a month or so, but they exchanged it for me with no issues and the replacement they sent quickly works perfect.

This is my first time using a whitening kit. I've only been using it for 7 days consistently, and have not noticed immediate results but have notice some whitening in my front teeth. This product comes with two different teeth trays, a generic one and one that can be fixed to your teeth. The products are easy to apply.

Whitening treatment may be sensitive to some gums. This product hurt my gums but my friend tried it and the whitening treatment worked and didn’t bother her at all.

Not sure. I have only used the product once Amy teeth were white but that only lasted a couple of days.
