I?ve done 3 10 minute treatments. My teeth are improving a bit. I have a hard time keeping the mouthpiece in for more than 10 minutes at a time. Sometimes the bleach burns my mouth a bit but it?s tolerable. I?ve done it 3 days in a row. My teeth and gums aren?t too sensation. It would be nice if they gave more of the mineralizing gel. I will be out of the gel and still have 2 syringes of the white...

Easy to use. Tastes like sour milk though so avoid getting it on your tongue. Gets the job done though!

The light only works half the time, and it hurts if you get the whitening gel on your gums, but I noticed a difference after the first use! Definitely recommend for the price.

I like how the mouth guard can be custom molded to your own teeth. I also loved the uv light that comes along with it. The only thing is if ur teeth are sensitive this is not the product for u.
