I most definitely am not disappointed in this product at all. Came with 3 pens, which was lovely. Whitened well and didn't cause any teeth sensitivity. It took a little bit of work on my behalf to keep my lips pulled back from my teeth for the required amount of time, but that's a me deal.

The mouthpiece is a little uncomfortable for me, but I think I can trim the excess rubber bits on the inside that irritate my tongue. I have used this product before and it worked great; just bought two more for my daughter and I to use. Definitely see results after just one or two uses, but take pictures before and again 2-3 weeks after you have used all of the gel and you will see a huge difference. Universal mouthpiece fits well, no discomfort and no issues with sensitivity. Great product!

Good product! My wife paid nearly 400 for her trays and gel from the dentist. The gel she received is exactly the same as this and the tray I received works just the same! Saved a ton of money for the same results.
