Visibly works. Make sure you use the mineralizing gel, I didn't use a few times and felt my teeth becoming sensitive. But I just starting using it and my teeth are fine.I used the clear all size fit retainer, I didn't like the other one that supposedly molds to your teeth. Uncomfortable.Great product overall.

My teeth are whiter! I have used 7 times now and have noticed a big difference. I do not use as much product as the directions state because I have sensitive teeth and I am still seeing results! I will continue to use and am hoping for more results. I only use for 20 minutes as well.I do drink coffee and tea and it has definitely taken those stains off my lower teeth ??
