Used the shade guide and a couple sessions brought the shade up to level 3, although I am not going for the lightest shade level one I was impressed by the results of a couple sessions. warning though it hurt a little!

I have used this product one time since getting it, and I am very happy with the results so far, just after one treatment! It wasn't very difficult to do and I can already see a difference in how white my teeth are. At this point, I would definitely recommend it, although I've only used it the one time.

So the only thing I really didn?t like was the mold trays I had a hard time because the water was not hot enough and when I warmed it up it they shriveled but I made do. Be careful with the water and molding it and it will get the job done. Follow the instructions I like the gel because it doesn?t make your teeth overly sensitive. Be patient and they will whiten.
