This is the best whitening treatment I've tried! I have tried just about every type of whitening strips on the market along with whitening toothpaste and mouth wash with little to no results from either. I don't feel any sensativity/pain from this method! I would add that I paint the gel on my teeth rather then putting it into the tray.
