Very easy to use. Make sure to only apply to teeth and you should be all set. I played my PS4 during treatments and forgot it was in my mouth until the auto timed light went out.

The set is complete with all accessories. Works as advertised, have done over 4 sessions spaced between 2-3 days due to sensitivity, but can already tell the difference whiter shade
