I've been using this for weeks and I noticed a difference. My teeth are getting whiter and the small stains from always drinking coffee and pop are almost gone. I use it twice a day as recommended. I definitely recommend this product. I will be purchasing again.

So I was expecting this kit to be a little more involved that what it actually was. SUPER EASY and NO MESS!! I took it slow, 15 minutes first use, but plan to do 30 tomorrow! Overall I am SUPER PLEASED with the results and NO sensitivity! Thank YOU!!

The instructions doesn't warn you that filling the mouth tray with the gel will not help cover the bottom row of your teeth. After the first session my top row was visibly whiter and my roommate noticed the difference immediately. You just gotta rub the gel on your bottom teeth honestly. Also there's soooo much saliva when you have it in your mouth, but that's not really the product's fault.
