So far good! It's easy. It does not hurt.I have only done it a few times so far so I am making my way to improvement. I prepare the mouth guard and just settle back to watch something on tv and when the show is over (30Mins) so is your whitening. It's not messy or sticky. I am anxious to get a few more sessions done to see the outcome.
