I've used this 3 times now and can tell a huge difference in the color which is great!I do have sensitive teeth and have noticed my bottom teeth are very sore after using this.Maybe I did it too long or too soon back to back.I will be using this again, so long as the sensitivity does not persist.

Quick delivery. I like that there are two options one size fits all which I used first it had a couple of holes which some of the whitener seeped out. The second option you can make fit your teeth. I had been using this for a month or so. I drink a lot of coffees and teas everyday and I originally have yellow-Ish teeth but this seems like helping to whitening! Everyone told me that I have bright teeth as a heavy coffee drinker! As I use it for a while, I start having tingly sensation on my bottom teeth. I don?t know why but might tingle your teeth or gum a bit. But works!
