Had issues when removing cap from ?pen?. Brush stuck inside cap. Notified Vendor and he quickly replaced them! Nice. Instructions for pen use need improvement, perhaps a video. Whitening is good to very good. The connection for my iPhone is ?touchy?, so I use the Laptop and it is fine. Good product

For the price, it's a good kit. Don't expect the same results as going to the dentist, which costs humdreds. It does work, just not significantly

At first I was a bit confused by the two ways you can use the product. I ended up using the two parts instead of the one. There was no irritation or other issues. I am satisfied with the results, but wish there was a bit more of the blue gel. I ran out of it way before I ran out of the clear whitening gel. Overall, I'd purchase this again.

Positives-You only have to keep the molds in your mouth for 2-15 minutes! ( most whitening kits I have looked at you keep in your mouth for 30 minutes, and that's a pain! ) The molds are easy to use, and are very comfortable!
