This product does a good job of whitening your teeth, unfortunately the unit I purchased in mid January of 2019 no longer works. Made numerous calls, goes to voice mail, sent emails, no response from company despite a one year warranty! $200 down the drain.UPDATE: The company replaced the defective part free if charge. Working well.

The packaging and instructions for this kit are very well put together. I am just starting to use the kit however, I have relatives that have been using it and their teeth are sparkling. I am a heavy coffee drinker so I am hopeful that this clears any stains

I love how it whitened my teeth, and how I could see results even after first treatment! Most importantly - it did not cause any sensitivity which is a huge plus as other products gave me so much pain I had to stop after first treatment. Full disclosure: I totally wasn't talented enough to do the bottom tray, but my top tray turned out great. That said, I did not notice a difference in my teeth color despite following the directions and repeating nightly. Further disclosure: my teeth didn't have much staining either. Its probably a decent product that I just didn't need.
