So far I have been using for 4 days and the gel hasn?t hurt my teeth yet. I have been doing for just 5 minutes each time. However, I haven?t seen an obvious result yet. I can see it only when I?m very close to the mirror.Overall, the product doesn?t hurt my teeth or my gum.

Noticeable difference after 2 uses. Be sure to read directions, if the gel gets on your gums if definitely burns. Otherwise being careful it?s easy to use.
