It’s only been three weeks but I’ve noticed a difference and that’s with me using only once a day, it’s recommended to use twice daily. I’ll continue to use.

Geneally, I can see a little difference but not much, maybe I need to use it longer. And it fits my sensitive teeth as compared to the whitening tape
