Update!!! This toner is still 5 stars!! The consistency is mostly watery and easy to apply. The toner is best to apply by using a cotton pad and pump at least 2 times and it will do you great! I love the feel of this product. It looks thicker, however, when you pump it out it immediately starts to slide down your face until you pat it into your skin. It is very hydrating and a little moisturizing, as a very oily skinned person I use this as a day time moisturizer, especially in the summer. However, if you have dry skin I would only use this as an essence because it will not be moisturiz...
