I like to experiment with toners that i use, and the rice ceramide moisture toner is what its name suggest a gel based consistency is perfect to up the level of moisture my skin needs.

This is the only gel moisturizer I found that works for me in really cold weather. I have oily-combo skin, so I need something that’s not too heavy and also not too dry.
