Flavor is amazing. I usually take this if for some reason I start dragging, usually mid-day. My energy stays up, I'm focused and before I know it my work day is over with plenty of energy for an evening work out... Love this product!

It really helps. Thank you for this product. My son became less depressed and more calm. I thought it would get him energy but as the fact he became calmer. Moreover he uses it at night not in the morning as prescribed. May be he will try Optimal Energy as well. Thank you

I notice my focus becoming sharper and more sustained. Hard tasks used to drain me but not anymore. I've tried other brain stack supplements but they either did nothing or made me way too jittery. I'll keep taking this
