I've been a follower of Jordan and have been taking the Optimal Living products for years. Always impressed with him, his work and his products. I have a new lease on life with energy and clarity I feel alert, no sleep issues like a lot of energy suppliments. There are many ways to increase your midacondria and recommend learning how to do so. These suppliments in my opinion - are worth it compared to traditional methods.
