I have been very pleased with the effectiveness of this probiotic thus far, particularly with my mood. After learning more about the important connection between gut health and the brain, I decided to try this probiotic. My mindset has also been much more positive since taking the probiotic and I feel less anxious in situations that would normally cause me anxiety.
