Excellent product, does exactly as described. 30-60 minutes after first dose (in the morning) and I felt energized and ready to take on the day. Proceeded to have an awesome workout without even needing any caffeine. This was astonishing to me, as I cant remember the last time I had energy in the morning before a single sip of coffee!

This product is a great source of essential vitamin Bs. I did notice an increase in energy. After a month of taking them, I realized I don't need to take four a day and cut down to 1 or 2 a day (half the serving size) Would recommend to anyone needing vital energy. Only 4 stars because I wish it was a little less costly. Overall wonderful product!

I was sceptical about anything being able to help my concentration and alleviate my brain fog, but this product works! I thought maybe it was the placebo effect at first but after a week I'm remembering almost everything without needing notes and I'm feeling far less fatigued. My mental clarity has returned and I can concentrate for a lot longer. Love it! 5 stars!!!
