I was so tired of missing out on conversations at family gatherings. Decided to give these a try and wow, what a difference! The different sound modes really make it easy to switch from a quiet dinner to a noisy restaurant. They're comfy too, don't itch like my old ones. The app makes adjusting them so simple. This device has truly made my life so much better. I can finally participate in group conversations without feeling left out. They work great, but I wish the app had a more modern look. Took me a while to figure out where everything was. Once set up, it's fine, but the initial confusion was annoying. Also, the app could use a few more resources for troubleshooting without having to call customer service.
