Product was excellent but came missing the lanyard. I wrote in to request a lanyard and immediately received a whole new oximeter very quickly. Excellent customer service.

Good product, very quick response, about the only thing that was disappointing is it did not come with a storage case which would have been nice.

If you suffer from allergy or want to bust the myth of masks in the 2020 World changing your oxygen. Spoiler alert... it doesn???t at all. Tested with N95 and N100 ventilator. You may feel it changed you oxygen but it does not. I like to use it on my left hand index or middle finger but you can use it how the instructions say and you can get a non medical reading of your blood oxygen. Don???t wo...
