It's a decent device, but the app is quite a hassle. Took me a long time just to get it paired with my phone and then it kept disconnecting randomly. Not a fan of that.

The device works fine overall, but my main issue is the instructions weren’t clear on how to switch the sound modes. I had to spend some time figuring it out, and my dad found it a bit confusing too. It would be helpful if they provided clearer guidance on using all the features, especially for older users who might struggle with this.

The product mostly works well, but the app sometimes freezes which can be frustrating. I wish there was better customer support because I had to figure out most issues on my own. Also, the charging case is a bit bulky for my liking, but it's not a dealbreaker.

The product works fine, but I found the brightness of the display too intense in low light settings. Had to cover it with my hand sometimes at night. Also, the battery seems to drain a bit quicker than I expected, and it’s a bit annoying to charge it so often. Overall, it’s okay but could be better in terms of usability at night.

I find the device overall good but changing batteries quite often is annoying. It works well when it works, but I wish it could have a plug-in option to avoid this hassle. The readings are accurate, but sometimes the cuff feels a bit finicky when putting it on. It's not a dealbreaker, but these small things could be better.
