I wanted something easy to read and accurate that didn't pinch. The display is in red, push one button, wait a few seconds and SP02 and pulse in nice size letters. It has a silicone boot you can put on it so it doesn't get wet. I haven't changed the battery yet. It would be nice if it had a USB charging port but its not necessary. Great little gadget and works really well. Would definitely recomme...

I searched for these everywhere when Covid hit and couldn't find any. I ran across this one and thought, for the price it can't be accurate, but I thought I would give it a shot. I found it to be pretty darn accurate most of the time. The way you hold it on your finger makes a big difference so make sure it is on snug and straight. I was looking for a training tool that was accurate, easy, and affordable. After reading dozens and dozens of reviews, I settled on a Garmin Vivoactive 4S I was able to get at a good price, but still waaaay more than I wanted to spend. Using it for a week, the built in pulseox was inaccurate, the HR monitor was lagging behind while doing cardio, and the steps tracker was counting "steps" at my job...
