OTC pulse oximeter with BT and ViHealth smart phone app which has a Local Mode to keep user privacy. However, like all OTC pulse oximeter the accuracy is very low and the device isn't rechargeable which are the couple of drawbacks to me.

Easy to setup, use, and read. The measurements for all 3 household measurements seemed accurate, without a device to compare to, but I'm familiar with readings from doctor visits, and these were inline. It's brand new, so no data about use over time yet, but quite pleased thus far. I got one of these because I have asthma. Occasionally, I still get panic attacks which makes it confusing if it???s an asthma attack or panic attack. This helps. It is accurate. My heart rate is on target with my other heart monitor I use when I run. It took a couple times ( as in two) to get an accurate reading the first time I used it.
