This scale is good for weighing yourself, but the other data it provides is not accurate. Don't trust anything it says besides your weight. I give it 4 stars because of this issue. For example, if you weigh yourself before and after a bike ride, the scale should show changes in things like body fat %, muscle mass, and body water %.
