The app sometimes disconnects from the device, and reconnecting can be annoying. Also, I expected a longer battery life, goes through batteries quick!

While the sound quality is decent, I found the battery life less than satisfactory. It doesn't last as long as I expected, requiring frequent charging. Also, the app was a bit glitchy on my phone. It's a good product but these issues were annoying.

The device works fine, but I found the app to be a bit glitchy at times. Sometimes it doesn't sync properly with my phone, which can be frustrating. I wish the interface was a bit more polished, and the instructions could be clearer too. It's okay, but not perfect.

I wish the battery lasted longer between charges. It's frustrating to have it die in the middle of a call sometimes. And while it works well in quiet places, noisy environments can still be challenging. I also found the app a bit clunky at times. While it’s improved my hearing slightly, it’s not as revolutionary as I hoped.

It's okay but sometimes the readings seem off, like when I checked my kid's temp twice in a row and got different numbers. Just not sure if I can fully trust it yet.
