Very easy to use. The app makes it easy to track/chart my progress with little to no effort. The app was a little clunky for a while but it was a big that appears to be fixed now. The instructions tell you everything you need but there are convenient videos if you’re not sure about exactly how to position the cuff. Most importantly, the accuracy is VERY good.
