The sound is clear, but sometimes it’s too sensitive, picking up background noise I don’t want. Also, I wish the app would connect faster, sometimes it takes a bit to sync. Not a deal breaker, but a bit annoying.

Overall, it's a decent product but the Bluetooth connection can be a bit flaky sometimes. It doesn't always connect immediately, and that can be frustrating when I'm trying to take a call. Also, the app crashed once, which was annoying.
