Taking normal pulse and oxygen it is fine. You can see the pulse indicator going up and down and it matches what I feel by holding neck or wrist. Seems to stall out at 135 or so BPM. After exercise I could feel heart rate and the pulse indicator light on this wasn't keeping up. Stayed at 130-135 even though I could feel heartbeat going down after exercise. Started reading down as my pulse wen...

We replaced our previous Oxiline (9 years old) device as The dr. Office said the cuff was too small and consequently the readings were off by too much in comparison to their readings. So, we purchased this Oxiline device as it???s a ???large??? cuff. Taken to the doctor???s office this BP device read much closer to theirs. We realize that there will be differences in home products vs. commercial,...

Works fine but the power button easily enabled. Have to remove batteries when not in use as any little bump will turn it on. Also, it comes with a plastic, shell/clam like flexible cover. Barely good for scratch-resistant, and doesn't prevent the power button from accidentally activating. Otherwise this a cost effective little unit.

Works great, the voice readings are a nice little bonus. The only concern I have is the cuff length. The item indicates its for an "adult" size cuff. I felt like it was too large for my arm when trying to secure the cuff according to instructions. My arm is small so I expected it might be too large for my arm, but I was more surprised when my partner who has a larger arm diameter and would certain...

My son got sick and had to visit the ER 3 times for breathing problems, and it made him nervous, so this o2 detector made him sleep easier. That part worked great, but the heart rate was sometimes inaccurate. If you sat really still, it seemed better. It didn't work on my 16 year old daughter's skinny fingers, but the instructions warned me it didn't work on skinny fingers. Overall, I'm happy I b...

I have lung problems and keeping track of blood oxygen count is important to me. This unit seems to be accurate enough to rely on. I plan to keep track with it and notify my doctor should results show a need.

The product is easy to use in the sense that you put it on your arm, push a button and boom, it's done. However, the instructions are very bare minimum. There is a diagram on the sleeve that says to make sure something is lined up between 2 points and I have an average size arm for a 6'2 male. To wrap it on secure it is impossible to have that lined up. I had to play around with it and it SEEMS t...

I think this was worth the money. For average to plus size people this cuff works well, my whole family uses it, but unfortunately it is too tight for my upper arm. I am 5'6 315lbs and my arms are pretty big but thought they would be okay based on the reviews. This cuff squeezed so tight my arm would start to shake and feel like it was going to explode, and my blood pressure was really high (I hav...

I bought one for twice the price and it never worked - returned it. This one is reasonably quick and easy to read, with the numbers facing you and not upside down. Accuracy: I have no idea. I use it as a general overall guide, but the reading can vary +/- 5 in the same test. I think of it as a barometer to notice any major changes.
