It works great and cuff is good for larger size arm. it is easy to read and operate. Best part it has a memory and you can see prior days readings. Comes with a case. Only 4 stars because I find plugging the cord into the unit is slightly difficult.

The Oxiline Blood Pressure machine works good, compared my sons blood pressure machine to Emergency Room readings and Oxiline was the same. I tried my reading and also was good. But I will admit it took me 15 to 25 minutes to learn how to operate. Reading the small print in the manual was difficult to read. That was one problem so I went on YouTube and that was helpful and I suggest you do that. ...

This product is much easier to use than my older one. My main complaint is that the cuff is quite large and not so easy to wrap around your arm. I didn't rate accuracy as I have not compared it. We like the 2 user identification and storing feature. Not sure if the irregular heart beat feature is accurate.

Works fine and seems consistent but a little picky about finger positioning. You have to get your finger positioned exactly or it doesn't work accurately or quickly. This is in comparison to the units used on me at the doctors office, not to similar units of which I have not compared it to.

I've used it regularly for over 2 months now to monitor BP. I haven't had any issues except for the battery died just a few days ago. You'll need 4- AAA on standby.

Not bad for price. You have to shove your finger into the monitor to get it to read. The first time I used it I thought it was broken. After reading instructions over and over, I figured out I wasn???t shoving my finger in hard enough. So, I just push it in there and then it registers. Not enough to hurt or anything, but a higher quality monitor would definitely read without the extra effort and p...

Device as advertised. Instruction for set up clear. Came with USB connector but no instructions on use. Cuff limited to 16.5 inch arms, but hard to adjust ro difference at elbow and shoulder. Barely fit my 14.5 inch arms. If arm close to 16 inches find a bigger cuff. Follow directions carefully to get reproducible readings. Down load manual for internet for easier viewing. The reason why I gave this a 4-star is because it took about a minute for it to read my SpO2% then the screen said it was reading again in a total of 2 minutes. I would recommend this for people who just want an estimate since this is not medical grade so you can't rely on it to make health decisions.
