I’d give it a ‘5’ all the way across except the first one I bought stopped working after 3 uses so I exchanged it. After almost a month with the new ones, there are no problems. I’ve recommended it to other nurses and aides.

Came with batteries. Easy to use, just need to push the finger all the way in to get the reading. Works very well, don???t have comparison to know the accuracy for the oxygen but the heartbeat reading looks right.

I purchased this pulse oximeter as a replacement for the exact same one that I purchased about a year ago. The old one broke at the hinge. The product works well and the good thing is that it is relatively inexpensive. I first purchased a pulse oximeter many years ago for nearly $200. Nice to see a similar one from another company for less than $20.
