I have been using this since purchasing it. I get a different reading for two fingers that are beside each other but it is usually just a point difference. I believe it is accurate otherwise because the pulse is the same as what my fitbit displays.

It has a feature that tells you it is measuring your oxygen as you stick your finger in it. But you must have warm hands/fingers and it must be placed above your heart when using the oximeter; otherwise it is not working properly, per FDA guidelines. It is good value, under $20.00.

I was almost ready to return it when I found the only finger that it will read and my hand has to be in a specific position and the finger has to be just so in the device. I bought this after reading many reviews of its reliability. When I first opened it, I got a few odd readings, where the diastolic was elevated, but the systolic was low.
