I have another one exactly like it that belongs to a friend. I have been able to use both at the same time, and they pretty much read the same. The only problem I have is the new one does not always come on, or will go out right away before a reading has shown. I???m not sure if that is of concern as far as the accuracy goes? OTC pulse oximeter with BT and ViHealth smart phone app which has a Local Mode to keep user privacy. However, like all OTC pulse oximeter the accuracy is very low and the device isn't rechargeable which are the couple of drawbacks to me.

This monitor is extremely easy to use and read however I question it's accuracy. When I take the reading on my right hand, it is different from my left hand.

Good product, very quick response, about the only thing that was disappointing is it did not come with a storage case which would have been nice.

They have is not very good. You have to be logged on and the app running at all times while using the finger Ocimeter.
