It has a feature that tells you it is measuring your oxygen as you stick your finger in it. But you must have warm hands/fingers and it must be placed above your heart when using the oximeter; otherwise it is not working properly, per FDA guidelines. It is good value, under $20.00.

This is a great product. It is easy to use and also accurate. These are the two most important thing about a BP monitor should have in my opinion. I Highly recommend it.

I got this unit due to the power supply AND battery. I verified that the power supply (wall plug) works, and have not used it since. Been running on battery power. I like that the unit has 2 memory banks, so my wife and I share the unit.Bottom Line: thumbs up.
