I was almost ready to return it when I found the only finger that it will read and my hand has to be in a specific position and the finger has to be just so in the device. I love this blood pressure monitor. So easy to use and I love that it speaks results ( also it says if your blood pressure it’s normal or not).It is very easy to set up, also Cuff fits and is comfortable. It’s really accurate , compared to doctor's omron and it gives similar results.

I purchased this product after my previous monitor stopped working after only 6 months and the company gave me the run around concerning their warranty. I have used it now a few times and is very easy to set up and use. I especially like the larger display of the numbers. It gives you the option for 2 users which is a nice feature. Seems to be very accurate. Very easy to use and the case makes it nice to put away instead of leaving it on the table next to the living room chair. Totally happy with this one. Kind of happy the other one wore out!
