I had one of these prior to this purchase that got lost. I got a replacement (different brand) that was intermittently accurate and took a long time to get the reading. When you are questioning if your oxygen levels are low, you do not want one that doesn't work well! So I got smart and replaced that one with this Oxiline Pro model. It works really well and is easy to read. Happy again!

This item is very easy to use. Turn it on, place your finger inside and seconds later, you get a reading. One note, sometimes it won't get a reading on my forefinger so I now use my middle with no issues.I can't comment on the accuracy but I assume it's somewhat accurate.
