While I have no way of determining its accuracy, its super easy to use. It begins reading right away. Once the app is installed, the app begins searching for the meter and begins recording the readings.

Purchased as a back up to an existing home health provider. When the device arrived, we had home health put their device on one finger and this device on another. There was one degree difference in both the oxygen level and the pulse reading in one device to the other. Even home health was surprised at the accuracy for the price! Strongly recommend.

All is good. I have no basis for judging its accuracy, but it seems right, and instantly recognizes changes in my breathing patterns, and is consistent. That is, it seems to have high precision.It is comfortable to use, but I would prefer the button to be at the hinge end so that it is above the finger tip, rather than the knuckle, but that is a nit. Also a nit, the flimsy silicon case fits, but...

This has been extremely useful, especially for keeping track of my breathing during fitness exercises. What I love about this product is how it works wirelessly with the Apple Health app. You would need to download the 'ViHealth' app on the apple store and you would need to enable access to Apple Health. The data should be shown under " Blood Oxygen". And there is no connection setups or anything ...
