Very easy to use and set up. It comes with batteries so you have everything you need to get started. You also get a lanyard that is long enough to carry around your neck. It is very easy to use, you just push the button and in a few seconds you get your read. The brightness is adjustable too.

Purchased in April 2020 as a "just in case" item due to pandemic. Use it once a week just to make sure it's working, so far so good. Accurate? Nothing to compare it to, maybe next time I see my doctor I'll take it with me to see how it stacks up against his equipment. Warranty registration requires giving phone number which I'm not willing to do for $20 item.

Love it. It???s great to reassure yourself on what my oxygen level are anytime I want to check them. It???s easy to use just turn it on and stick my finger in. It???s easy to read and easy to see.

It has an easy to read display that's colorful and I love that I can track the data in the app. Probably the one thingI like the best is watching the pulse waveform. Wonderful product, especially for the price. The only minor issue I have with the design is that the button turns the unit on and then adjusts the brightness. It doesn't turn it off.
