Honestly, it’s mostly good but I was disappointed with the app. It was a bit glitchy on my older phone and froze a few times. I had to restart it to get it working again. Also, wish the battery lasted a bit longer, especially for long trips.

I was excited to try this hearing aid, but I'm a bit disappointed. The sound is clear, sure, but I find the app to be a bit confusing sometimes. It took me longer than I expected to figure out how to switch between sound modes. Also, the Bluetooth sometimes disconnects randomly, which is annoying when I'm on a call. For the price, I expected a bit more stability.

The hearing aids work okay, but I expected more for the price. The sound quality is decent, but sometimes they disconnect randomly from Bluetooth, which is annoying. Also, I wish the app had a bit more in terms of features or maybe better customer support would help sort these out. Not terrible, but not amazing either.

I was excited about this product because of the Bluetooth feature, but sometimes it disconnects randomly and it’s kinda annoying. Also, the app crashed a couple of times when I tried to use it. Not a huge deal, but for the price, I expected flawless performance. The hearing aids themselves work fine though.

While I was excited to try this device, I've had some small frustrations. The app can be glitchy, which makes adjusting settings a pain sometimes. Also, while the design is nice, my ears feel a bit sore after wearing it all day. I expected more given the price.

I had high hopes for these hearing aids, but the battery life is kind of annoying. I feel like I'm charging them more often than I'd like. Also, the app sometimes lags, which is frustrating when I’m trying to adjust the sound settings quickly. Not a deal-breaker, but definitely not perfect.
