It has a feature that tells you it is measuring your oxygen as you stick your finger in it. But you must have warm hands/fingers and it must be placed above your heart when using the oximeter; otherwise it is not working properly, per FDA guidelines. It is good value, under $20.00.

I have been using this since purchasing it. I get a different reading for two fingers that are beside each other but it is usually just a point difference. I believe it is accurate otherwise because the pulse is the same as what my fitbit displays.

I have been extremely happy with my new blood pressure monitoring kit. It was very easy to use and read and I appreciated the videos as well. This unit functions correctly but there are several things I would have liked to have been different. 1) little noisy when pump is operating 2) arm cuff hose length could have been longer and 3) the cuff is a little difficult to getin the right position on my larger arm by my self
