I'm still deciding how accurate it is. My numbers on oxygen seem lower than measures from my doctors office but the situations were different. I'll being it to my next appointment so I can check them side by side.

Right out of the box to measure oxygen level, less than 5 minutes. Unfortunately in 2017 I needed a Pacemaker. So my heart rate is always at 60 bpm +/- 2. The accuracy of the sensor is spot on. My oxygen levels are always on the lower side 92-94 and my wife has a 98-99. The sensor accuracy for oxygen is excellent also.
