I just got my product today. It came quickly and looks like a nice product. It read my SaO2 quickly. I was surprised that it read my saturation at 95-96%. I would have thought I would have been up higher than that. But I am not at the hospital to compare to the top of the line machine. As I bought this to have on hand around my house I believe the quality of the product is just fine.

At first I was not able to get a consistent read out as to what my pulse ox level actually was. It would go from a high of 97 to a low of 91 and never stay steady on a fixed number. But after a week of steady usage it has started to level out and give me numbers that are not so vastly different.

Works well but you may scratch your head asking yourself ???why am I not getting a reading???? The answer is to remove your finger and place it again all the way in! I???ve found a useful indicator on the display which when your finger is correctly in place, will imitate a heartbeat. When you have THAT indication, wait only a few seconds and you get an accurate reading. Overall, a nice unit.
