Very good unit for the price. I have used it for several days now and find that it is quite important to apply the cuff in the same place every time.If you vary the placement of the cuff you will get erratic readings.Take a little time to find the right cuff placement and you will have no trouble. This is a great little device to keep track of BP.

I bought this primarily to have in my flight bag when flying unpressurized aircraft, to know whether I needed to use supplemental oxygen or descend. It works well, and the red LED display makes it easy to read in the dark.The only issue I've had with it is that it's sometimes hard to find the "sweet spot" where it can see your pulse and start measuring. We have three (BP) Omron 3 / CVS / GreaterGoods, the Oxiline seems like it is consistent and accurate. Compared to the Omron 3 the quality seems comparable. Readings are easy to see and accurate. The only thing that needs to be addressed on the Oxiline BP is the cuff size is to large for petite arms.

I have Life Source blood pressure and I'm not sure accurate results or not, that why I order new Oxiline and I readthe command most of the command it said very accurate result. So, when I'm check my blood pressure monitor1) My old Life Source results is 175 - 80 - 832) New Oxiline 0602 results is 119 - 81 - 85And I don't know which one is accurate results? At least not over 130 - 85- 85 I think ...

The unit is easy to setup. There are a lot of helpful items in the manual including blood pressure standards, clisifications, and a graphical explanation of systolic and diastolic effects. This is nice for the new patient. What could be considered a down side is it's sensitivity to any movement during the test.
